Please read well about antennas it's not just design and construction! It's  for 2600 MHz  so you are out ( not for 1800 ) .

2- that design it's for siso  not Mimo ( don't use 2 ports with that cutting driven element ?).

3 the impedance matching 50 or 75 ( f connector or sma)

can we use single antenna on Mimo system ? i mean mimo have two port,can we just input 1 antenna ?

I made an antenna according to this design and the result was very positive even though I used a 75 ohm cable

Tested on 3G and 4G network 

The result in the photo is attached
