The four-arm helical structure antenna is composed of four helical arms, and the length of each is an integer multiple of a quarter wavelength. The current amplitudes of the feed ends of the four spiral arms are equal, and the phases are sequentially different by 90°. It has a cardioid pattern, a good front-to-rear ratio and excellent wide-beam circular polarization characteristics.
