Broadband VIvaldi antenna

Hi everyone! 
I am looking for formula (or model) for calculation this type of Vivaldi antenna for broadband applications (3 GHz to 6 GHz)
The feeding of this type of antenna is very suitable for flat shield mounting

I found this construction in a one publication and it seemed to me suitable for my task. Now I am going to find the design method or formulas /

I don't think this so-called Vivaldi dipole is very good...

The model looks pretty nice!
Could you please share the .cst file or dimensions? I would like to scale this model for another band
