Nothing new . Logarithmic antennas.
But I do not understand why they are put in slant polarization mode.
This way, every  polarization  lost 3 dB.

15 dBi ..!!????

Good, you are right, but you know how the logarithmic dipoles are synphased...!!!???

It is a system of two directional antennas, external, on the contrary, polarized, designed for data transmission in cellular networks in the DC (Dual Carrier). Two antennas installed on the system, X-pol, and provide excellent separation between the channels of the MIMO transmission. Team reduces thereby the number of errors in the signal, and raised to a higher level of data transfer rate. Perfectly solves the problem when the signal is too weak for proper operation of the modem or repetera. Modern design, log-per construction, provides a high income with a very wide range of moves frequency.
