It's just a N-connector feeder probe in a 75mm PVC pipe, with a disc-rod director array.
I see no reflector or ground in that drawing, I call shenanigans.

Oh well, guess I'll have to make a trip to the hardware store after all...
How critical is the reflector thickness? 0.5mm zinc-plated steel is easy to get where I live, thicker is pretty much mail order only.

Would mesh work for the ground/reflector here?
I'm looking to make a pair of these for testing (and practice) but am a little short on sheet metal at the moment.

I know he's done a video on the Kreosan "WiFi Gun" and another testing it inside a wave guide, and he definitely used normal coax on those, connected the normal way.

0.25 is disc thickness, 10 is SMA connector's distance from the radiator's edge, both in millimeters.
The diameters of the reflector, radiator and first director are 90, 68 and 54 mm, respectively, with 5.75mm and 9mm gaps in between.
