Can this design be used for biquad?
sorry for double biquad i mean

thanks

1 minute ago, Admin said:,,, I will do a simulation for PCB 1.6mm thick as well as for antenna only 0.35mm thick sheet...!!!!
oh realy thanks

2 minutes ago, Admin said:1) No.
2) Other dimensions are required for 0.35mm copper sheet.
3)The antenna simulated by me , works just as well for the 5.0-5.5 GHz frequency range.
thanks
In our area, only PCBs with a thickness of 1.6 and a thickness of 0.35 can be found
Is it possible to design for this type of material? -

Thanks, my friend
I want this antenna for fpv
I will definitely make your design and test it on the UAV
I bought the antenna you see in the picture
I haven't tested it myself yet, but apparently it works great
My friends tested and reached a range of 30 km with a power of 1 watt
I do not need this amount
Coverage is more important to me
For example, with two diversion receivers and 90 degree coverage and 10 dbi gain for 10 km distance
I have a few questions to make this antenna
1. If I use fr4 with a thickness greater than 0.8, like 1.6 and add to the height will the antenna have the same performance? Or do I want to use a steel plate instead of its FR4?
2- Is the thickness of copper 0.25? Is there a problem for me to use 0.35? (Finding a 0.25 board is really hard)
3- Is it possible to design based on multiples of lambda? Because the network may be busy, I have to switch to Frequency 5280
Thank you in the end -

if you want for the 5.2 GHz frequency ,tell me...?!
Hi admin
I know the date of this post is very old, but if possible, do the design for the 5200 frequency as well
i want to make it
thank you -

no just hubby

yes
I think simulate pepperbox is not hard for you...!!

1 minute ago, Admin said:,, only if you give me the dielectric characteristics of the pepper-box material...!!
please use dielectric characteristics of crosshair that you simulate

thanks
have you any datasheet about this or CTS ?
another question : which antenna is better than for beamwith in same gain (13db)
1- dual-biquad
2- papperbox

i want know distance between two crosshair antenna or any data that is new in papperbox antenna after merge two crosshair antenna
-
yes i know that papperbox antenna composed two crosshair antenna
-
2 minutes ago, Admin said:", yes, look , and you said that you have no links to this antenna,...!!!!
i haven't any link for papperbox antenna
but crosshair antenna is sharing

2 minutes ago, Admin said:I think distance beetwen two cross hair antenna is important
for design cross hair antenna see this

yes
can you simulate this antenna ?
