Last question, Can I follow the steps which were used to implement the antennas mentioned in above-attached base papers ? .... with the knowledge I have in antenna design( of course it is low), I will design an antenna. thereafter can I go to the fabrication of the antenna or not?

,,,you can  go to the fabrication of the antenna but attention to the type of  PCB material ...!!!

hello, good afternoon... how can we plot peak gain vs frequency plot in HFSS for the above antenna.

For plotting the gain over frequency you need to make a frequency sweep and activate the "save field" option. Then you select under plot Far Fields Reports -> Rectangular plot. Now you can plot the gain versus the frequency.

or...Results/Create far field reports/Rectangular plot

i have calculated efficiency by taking the ratio of (realized gain/ directivity)*100 ...is that expression correct....because i got the efficiencies greater than  100%.

the below image shows the calculation procedure i did for efficiency
