PCB Yagi Antenna

This yagi style printed circuit board antenna gives great performance from 2400 to 2450 MHz. This range is commonly used for wireless systems 802.11b/g, RFID systems, satellite dish antennas, dish feeds, and beacons. This can also be easily applied to other hobbyist applications in this range.

Does anyone have any experience using a shortwave receiver in a vehicle? What did you use for an antenna?
Im interested in the 4 to 12 mHz. range. I would be listening only when stationary, but Id like to be able to
leave the antenna in place while driving from one listening location to another.

You SHOULD start a NEW topic...

LOVE HF , the ionosphere bouncing thing...Usually long WHIPS with correcting and load coils (maybe from front bumper side folded to cruise and free to rx or tx in a still)-slow position ...over here...

but Long wire V and rhomboidals are best for RANGE PS: I could dig some ARRL info ...maybe (the older the better)
