Hello boys

I think that building patch antenna for tv UHF band is a pure wasting of material

and it is large and ia heavy, it is something like you wish to drive a cae but u use truck..

there are far elegant solutions

For example like i do, i doubt in first what to build and now i am happy with reception with my double biquad 

with aluminim wires and standard baloon transformer

bandwith of 350Mhz ?

what is that ? i am not sure...here where i am there is no any TV station that emit on 350Mhz in DBV-T all of them are above 470MHz

so if you can pick up lower then you must recalc biquad dimensions which must be more larger

В вашей модели слева и справа пропущены два бортика. Рефлектор П образный.

В моей пробной модели бортики сделаны из фольги  единым целым с рефлектором. Высота их порядка 28 мм.

 

 

In your model, two sides are missing on the left and right. P-shaped reflector.

In my trial model, the sides are made of foil as a unit with a reflector. Their height is about 28 mm.

And on the sides there are plates 28х269 mm. the Distance between them — 244 mm side 

The overall dimensions of the resonator — 228х268 mm, its width in the middle slightly smaller — 210 mm.

The distance between the resonator plate and the reflector 29 mm.

Amplifier Board is soldered at a distance of 89 mm from the top edge:

Правильный размер 244 мм. За бортиками на фото ими закрыты отверстия крепления рефлектора к корпусу антенны.

В моём варианте получилось почти 256 мм.

 

The correct size is 244 mm. Behind the sides in the photo, they closed the holes for mounting the reflector to the antenna body.

In my version it turned out almost 256 mm.
