,,, if the transmission lines are located on either side of the separation plane, a mimo antenna can be obtained with good insulation between ports..!!!!

One escape is not enough for this. To increase the isolation between the ports, it is important to apply differential wiring on the radiating elements. The signal is supplied via a differential line, and the parasitic penetration from the other port will be in-phase on this line and will therefore go out.

180  degrees cancellation...at some frequency...?

At all frequencies in the 1700-2700 Mhz range, the phase shift is 180 degrees. A single patch plus one director does not have enough decoupling between the ports to simplify the power lines. It will not be possible to achieve port isolation of more than 25 db at all frequencies of the 1700-2700 Mhz range, if the power supply is not differential. Only 10 dB of decoupling for non-differential emitter wiring.
