the deformations are caused by the bar (rod) in the middle...using REAL METALS instead of PEC would give less gain and  efficiency

Hi
What does happen if we isolate all discs from central rod (so isolate all from each other)? does it cause to increase gain or not?

,,,it happens that the gain increases a little but it is about the protection against electric discharges...!!!!

on "THESE" getting more than 15dbi means using close to 20 directors...and EVEN then gain of yagis kinda HIT a maximum...maybe 16-17 dbi (Reflector AREA increase GAIN more than adding Directors) Use the BIGGER you can...imho

Greetings, jomi. We had such a dispute about which antenna is better to make, aluminum or copper. I would like to know your opinion!
